What I've built
01 · Automatic email sorting
MVPProblem — On a professional mailbox, a large share of incoming messages are repetitive or low-value to handle manually: routine information requests, follow-ups, various notifications. Manually sorting and drafting each reply wastes time every day.
Approach — An n8n workflow that analyzes each incoming email, automatically classifies it by category and priority, and drafts a context-appropriate reply using AI — final review and sending always stay in the user's hands. Every message is logged (Google Sheets), with an automatic weekly digest.
Benefit — Significantly cuts the time spent sorting and drafting routine replies, while keeping full human control before anything is sent. Tested and validated under real conditions.
02 · Automated invoice follow-up
MVPProblem — Chasing unpaid invoices is essential but often neglected for lack of time: missed follow-ups, reminders sent too late or too irregularly, which lengthens payment delays and strains cash flow.
Approach — An n8n workflow that tracks invoice status and triggers progressive reminders (polite notice, firm reminder, formal notice) based on how overdue they are, with no manual work. Each reminder is personalized and logged. Demonstrated on a Google Sheet, adaptable to an existing invoicing tool (Pennylane, Facture.net, Henrri...) via its API.
Benefit — Ensures no overdue invoice is ever forgotten, with a consistent, professional reminder cadence, without spending manual time on it.
03 · Quote generation
MVPProblem — Responding to a quote request takes time: reading the request, understanding the client's needs, looking up the right rates, formatting the document, then sending it. On repetitive requests, this time adds up fast and delays the response to the prospect.
Approach — An n8n workflow that analyzes each incoming quote request email, automatically extracts the client's needs using AI, and drafts a structured quote from a predefined price grid — final review and sending always stay under human control.
Benefit — Reduces response time on quote requests and ensures consistent formatting and pricing, while freeing up time on a repetitive task.
